Jackson developer Jay Varley is suing the Town of Jackson, alleging it violated state and federal laws when councilors did not approve one of his projects.Varley, through his attorney Joe Moore, filed the suit Friday afternoon.
It alleges 12 separate violations occurred during the application process for Varley’s 66,000-square-foot planned mixed-use development at the corner of South Cache Street and East Simpson Avenue.
