1. 9th Circuit Court Judge Timothy Day bound the accused Mike Yokel Park mugger over to county for trial Thursday...Joshua James White, 26, of Alexandria, La., will next appear before 9th District Court Judge Nancy Guthrie for one count of aggravated robbery. No trial date yet set.
2. Also, initial court appearances for both Demo Derby'06 streakers has been continued until 9/9 & 9/19.
3. In other courthouse matters, 3 minors were sentenced for MUIs. Ouch. We wish them the best.
