Cody cops tell of Hells Angels tactics

CODY, Wyo. -- Security was tight last week during the Hells Angels World Run and police were active and aggressive in their enforcement efforts for good reason, local law enforcement leaders said Tuesday.

Officials said measures were warranted based on multiple threats of violence between motorcycle groups, including a tip in early July about a plan by rival bikers the Outlaws to use explosives against the Hells Angels in Cody.
